A decision you keep revisiting
You have options, but none of them feels simple or complete.
The Growth Room · Private 1:1 coaching
Some work situations do not need another quick answer. They need room to think.
Bring one real problem, decision, conversation or pattern. The Growth Room gives you a confidential place to understand what is happening, decide how you want to show up and choose a next step you are ready to own.
You remain in control of the process. I hold the room, ask careful questions and — when useful and with your permission — bring in a practical tool, rehearsal or leadership perspective.
Begin with what is real
You do not need to arrive with a polished goal or know which coaching format fits.
You have options, but none of them feels simple or complete.
You know it matters and want to enter it clear, fair and steady.
You are carrying responsibility, emotion or uncertainty with nowhere neutral to put it.
The situation changes, but your response — or the result — feels strangely familiar.
If the issue feels important but hard to name, bring that. We can begin there.
Three ways to use the room
You do not have to diagnose yourself perfectly. Each route simply gives a different amount of room to one issue, one conversation or your wider leadership.
01 · One issue
One problem, decision, goal or stuck point is taking more energy than it should.
A contained situation you can meaningfully influence — even if you cannot yet see how.
An optional short reflection before the session, a concise Continuity Note within 48 hours and one four-week Impact Check.
02 · One conversation
Stop carrying an important workplace conversation only in your head.
A feedback, expectation, boundary, conflict, performance, decision or change conversation.
A Conversation Snapshot, preparation map, concise note after each session and one four-week Impact Check after the second session.
03 · Your wider leadership
Step back from the next urgent problem and understand how you lead — and how you want to grow.
Your leadership across performance, motivation, team dynamics and change, grounded in situations from your real work.
A Leadership Reflection Map, prompts between sessions, a Personal Leadership Map, a continuation plan and one four-week Impact Check.
Online as standard · English or Croatian · in person when practical · employer-sponsored coaching available with clear confidentiality boundaries
Inside a Growth Room session
A session is not a script. These four movements keep the conversation useful while you remain responsible for the choices that follow.
We begin with what matters now and what would make the time useful to you.
Facts, interpretations, emotion, relationships and the system all get enough attention.
We notice the deeper question, test perspectives and practise when that would be useful.
You leave with learning, a response or an experiment you chose — not an answer handed to you.
